About the role

SOCRadar is seeking an AI‑driven SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist to own organic growth initiatives, focusing on SEO, emerging AI search channels and paid acquisitions. The role blends hands‑on SEO, AI‑search optimization, analytics, paid media and growth experimentation.

Key responsibilities

Own and improve SEO, organic visibility and AI‑search performance for priority products and commercial keywords.
Identify, prioritize and resolve technical and on‑page SEO issues, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, schema and content structure.
Audit and optimize existing content inventory, making data‑driven decisions on refresh, consolidation or expansion.
Monitor brand visibility across AI‑powered search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and manage backlink quality.
Use GA4, Google Search Console, GTM and SEO platforms to evaluate performance and connect marketing activities to the full B2B funnel.
Support and optimize paid acquisition on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and test additional channels.
Identify repetitive marketing tasks for AI‑driven automation and design workflows using tools such as n8n or Make.

Required profile

Strong hands‑on experience in SEO and organic growth, including technical and on‑page optimization.
Proven ability to manage content inventories and focus on commercial/money keywords.
Experience with B2B funnel measurement, lead quality and attribution.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with content, development, sales and marketing teams.

GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
AI‑search platforms and automation tools (n8n, Make, APIs, scripting)
Basic knowledge of Claude Code, Python, SQL, Looker Studio, BigQuery
