Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will drive sales growth, distribution and visibility of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio across Romania. You will develop strategic relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities and deliver ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales, volume, distribution and profitability targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement territory action plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across HoReCa and Off‑Trade channels.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, conduct regular visits and business reviews.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional activities in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure excellent execution of trade‑marketing initiatives, monitor product availability, visibility and pricing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and provide insights to improve commercial performance.
• Support onboarding and coaching of junior sales representatives and collaborate with internal functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages or spirits.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with CRM and sales reporting tools.
