About the role
Viatris is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive localized brand strategies and lead cross‑functional execution in Romania. You will work closely with medical, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful market performance.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze market dynamics and develop brand strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to maximize ROI and market share.
- Translate strategy into tactical execution plans and align cross‑functional teams.
- Partner with Medical Representatives, Key Account Representatives and Regional Managers for field execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Track campaign KPIs and adapt plans proactively.
Required profile
- University degree in Life Sciences or related field (medical degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Product Management.
- Established KOL network and therapeutic expertise in CNS, Vaccines, or Cardiology.
- Fluency in English, clean driving licence and travel availability.
Required skills
- Strong analytical abilities and experience modelling complex market data.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
