Senior Medical Representative – Hematology (North-West Region)

About the role

The Senior Medical Representative – Hematology will develop relationships with key customers and KOLs across the North‑West region of Romania, delivering high‑value educational content and supporting sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep knowledge of the Janssen product portfolio and therapeutic area to support healthcare professionals.
• Identify new opportunities, plan territory activities and schedule product presentations.
• Prepare sales reports, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure compliance with ARPIM Code of Ethics and Romanian legislation.

Required profile

• University degree with 2‑4 years of recent pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology/hematology.
• Established relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs, strong planning and ethical standards.
• Fluent Romanian, communicative English and a clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of oncology and hematology therapeutic areas.
• Experience with key account management and strategic customer relationships.
