Senior Manager, AI Productivity

About the role

The Senior Manager, AI Productivity will lead LSEG's AI Productivity Platforms function, overseeing enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and future GenAI capabilities. The role focuses on secure, scalable, and compliant adoption, driving measurable productivity improvements across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise AI productivity platforms.
• Lead secure deployment, configuration, identity integration, data‑protection controls and policy enforcement.
• Design and implement connectors and integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems (O365, Jira, Confluence, Asana, ServiceNow, internal workflow tools).
• Build and manage a high‑performing AI Productivity team responsible for platform engineering, automation, adoption enablement and analytics.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering responsible use, regulatory compliance, auditability and vendor risk.
• Embed AI into business workflows to drive measurable productivity, automation and quality improvements.
• Define and track OKRs, SLAs, OLAs and KPIs linked to adoption, time saved, cost optimisation and business impact.
• Partner with CIOs, business leaders, Cyber Security, Risk, Legal and Architecture to ensure safe, scalable and compliant AI enablement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale SaaS or digital productivity platforms in a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) integration patterns.
• Strong background in secure API integrations across enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience building and scaling technical teams, operating models and governance structures.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value with defined ROI metrics.
