Senior IAM Consultant

About the role

NTT DATA Romania is seeking a passionate Senior IAM Consultant to support a regulated‑environment IAM initiative. You will join the Cybersecurity Competence Center, working with an international team where English is used daily and German is a plus. The role focuses on establishing robust authorization concepts, onboarding applications and entitlements, and ensuring compliant reconciliation processes using One Identity Manager and Nexis.

Key responsibilities

• Define, validate, and document authorization concepts, including governance, approval flows, and audit alignment.
• Drive end‑to‑end application, entitlement, and account onboarding, from requirements gathering to execution support.
• Design, stabilize, and audit reconciliation processes for accounts and entitlements, ensuring data quality and audit readiness.
• Create auditable reconciliation controls and reporting approaches.
• Provide configuration guidance and handover documentation for One Identity Manager.
• Support Nexis integration within IAM processes, covering requirements mapping, testing, and operational readiness.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in IAM roles, with proven leadership of IAM initiatives in regulated industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and high‑quality documentation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English; German is a plus.
