Senior Consultant – Oracle EBS Order Management & Procurement

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Order Management and Procurement projects in Bucharest. The role combines functional expertise, solution architecture and delivery leadership to help clients optimise their order‑to‑cash and procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive requirements elicitation, fit‑gap analysis and solution design for Oracle EBS R12 Order Management, Procurement and related modules.
• Configure, develop and test customisations, ensuring alignment with client business rules and high‑volume transaction performance.
• Lead functional testing, performance testing and post‑production support for complex, integrated ERP landscapes.
• Facilitate workshops, CRPs and key design sessions with client stakeholders.
• Manage offshore delivery teams, coordinate with third‑party applications and handle client escalations.

Required profile

• Strong functional and application knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Procurement modules.
• Hands‑on implementation experience covering Order Management, Inventory, iSupplier, Inventory Planning and basic Accounts Receivable.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Oracle ERP transformations.
• Excellent client‑facing communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with European localisations of Oracle ERP.

Required skills

• Oracle EBS R12 – Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, iSupplier, Inventory Planning.
• PL/SQL development.
• Oracle certification (mandatory).
• Performance testing tools and methodologies for high‑transaction volumes.
• ALM tools such as Panaya and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Oracle technology stack, Cloud Web Services and OCI.
