Senior Associate - F&A (I2C) - Remote

About the role

Genpact is hiring a Senior Associate for its F&A (Accounts Receivable) team, I2C 5B, on a remote basis with a standard work shift in Romania. The role covers cash application, collections follow-up and reconciliation of customer books, and requires fluent Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers, email or fax invoices and arrange hard copies to be mailed to customers as requested.
• Allocate payments according to customer remittances, validate them thoroughly and report to the business.
• Track aged receivables across AR entities and act as subject matter specialist for AR processes.
• Create and update standard operating procedures and respond to client queries.
• Resolve unidentified cash, follow up on customer disputes and questions, and reconcile orders to customer books, including validating credits or debits for collection or refund.
• Ensure daily receipt reconciliation (DRR) is completed accurately and confidentially at assigned sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
• Fluent Spanish (C1 level).
• Experience with a real estate client is preferred.
