Security Systems Specialist (German language)

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara as a Security Systems Specialist. You will provide technical support and integration for security equipment while communicating fluently in German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Follow incident management procedures and log all customer requests across communication channels.
• Create, assign and escalate tickets to second‑level support, ensuring end‑to‑end tracking.
• Perform remote support sessions, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
• Share knowledge, train colleagues, and act as backup when needed.
• Set up and maintain laboratory equipment and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Assist customers in collecting system data and logs, and monitor project KPIs.
• Escalate complaints to team leaders or OPM and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience installing and integrating technical security equipment (intrusion, fire detection, access control, audio‑video).
• Solid networking knowledge and familiarity with analog systems, electricity, and alarm technologies.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficient with MS Office and capable of following documented procedures.
