About the role

Bosch Engineering Center Cluj offers a scholarship of 2000 RON per month for master‑level students to conduct their thesis on cutting‑edge AI topics in collaboration with Bosch mentors.

Key responsibilities

• AI embedded / edge AI
• AI chips design
• Neural networks optimizations
• Hardware‑friendly AI architecture
• Knowledge distillation from large to small embedded models
• Real‑time physical AI
• AI training hardware and optimization techniques
• Hardware‑software co‑design

Required profile

• Enrolled in the 2nd year of a master program
• Minimum average grade of 7 in the previous year
• Outstanding academic results and involvement in projects or challenges
• Team‑player with initiative, ambition and a self‑driven work style
• Eligible specializations: Automation & Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, Automotive & Mechatronics, Mathematics & Computer Science
