Sales Specialist - Logistics

About the role

AsstrA, a transport and logistics group active for more than 30 years in freight forwarding, customs services, cargo insurance, import and export and warehousing across 23 countries, is looking for a Sales Specialist for its Bucharest office. The role focuses on attracting new clients, selling road logistics services and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Attract new clients and build customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and sell road logistics services
• Conduct business negotiations
• Prepare and submit commercial offers
• Provide expert knowledge across solutions and the logistics industry
• Use the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders and forecast sales
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Required profile

• Willingness to sell and to build relationships
• Excellent knowledge of English and Romanian
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proactive, responsible and good team player
