Sales Manager – Cardiovascular Interventional (Romania & Moldova)

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an experienced, customer‑oriented Sales Manager to lead the Cardiovascular Interventional business across Romania and Moldova. You will drive strategic direction, achieve sales and profit targets, and coach a high‑performing team while traveling extensively throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic objectives for the Cardiovascular Interventional portfolio in line with regional strategy.
• Achieve sales revenue and profit targets for the Romania & Moldova cluster with full P&L responsibility.
• Plan, direct and monitor a sales team to meet established targets.
• Develop business strategies for existing and potential accounts and increase market share.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Care, Tender, Legal, Regulatory, Market Access, Marketing and SAM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences.
• 7+ years of successful experience in biomedical or related industry, preferably in medical device sales leadership.
• Proven ability to lead commercial negotiations and manage tenders.
• Strong business acumen, networking skills and teamwork orientation.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
