S/4HANA Key User – Application Specialist (German)

About the role

As a S/4HANA Key User – Application Specialist you will be the primary contact for application‑related topics within the business area, supporting end users and ensuring smooth operation of the SAP environment. You will work closely with process owners and functional experts to drive continuous improvement and successful adoption of S/4HANA across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for application‑related queries and provide 1st‑level support, including ticket creation and escalation management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with process owners, functional experts, and key stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases within the defined test management framework.
• Support integration, user acceptance, and system testing activities during implementation and release phases.
• Deliver end‑user training, develop training materials and user documentation.
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital processes and system standards.
• Support the successful deployment and adoption of S/4HANA across the organization.

Required profile

• University degree (any field).
• Fluent German language skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is preferred.
