Record to Report Specialist

About the role

Join Aggreko as a Record to Report Specialist supporting Romania and Poland. You will be the accounting expert responsible for accurate financial reporting and act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the Business Process Outsourcing RTR team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the BPO RTR team.
• Prepare manual ad‑hoc journal entries and corrections.
• Perform analytical reviews and validate balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Review and validate WHT and VAT reports.
• Prepare GAAP reconciliations and draft local statutory reports.
• Provide information to tax authorities, regulators, external auditors, and for transfer‑pricing documentation.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Romanian statutory processes and compliance.
• In‑depth expertise in RTR processes, month‑end closing and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting audits and ensuring internal controls and risk management.
• Strong independence, self‑motivation and accountability.
