React Native Developer – Mid/Senior

About the role

Software Mind is looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join a project that enhances health, safety and risk‑management capabilities for global organisations. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable mobile solutions that provide real‑time insights and support business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and the Expo framework.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend and Design teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces across various screen sizes and devices.
• Optimize performance, reliability and scalability of the applications.
• Implement monitoring, analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Support localization and multilingual features.
• Maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in React Native development.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated with a continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Required skills

• React Native (commercial experience).
• Expo framework.
• Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices.
• Integration of REST APIs.
• Nice to have: native development with Swift or Kotlin, mobile performance optimization, analytics tools, and experience publishing to App Store and Google Play.
