Project Lead Supply Chain Planning Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Project Lead to drive the implementation and optimisation of supply chain planning systems for our customers in Timișoara. The role combines project management, business analysis and technical coordination to deliver Kinaxis Maestro and SAP‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project management activities, including regular meetings, risk assessments, release gate preparations and governance tasks.
• Gather and analyse business requirements together with Process Experts for Kinaxis Maestro and ERP solutions.
• Communicate project status, risks and updates to stakeholders and management through presentations and status reports.
• Participate in change impact analyses and provide inputs throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate and support ERP (SAP or similar) testing, data migration and end‑user training initiatives.
• Organise, facilitate and moderate business process workshops and definition sessions.
• Support data cleansing, data validation and analytics activities.
• Schedule and facilitate stakeholder review meetings to ensure alignment and decision‑making.
• Create, maintain and update project and process documentation.
• Prepare and deliver monthly project status reports.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines, milestones and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Several years of experience in supply chain consulting, implementation or supply chain management.
• Proven experience leading IT implementation and business transformation projects.
• Strong business expertise in planning processes and systems (SAP preferred).
• Strategic thinker with a passion for a digital, AI‑enabled supply chain.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly.
• Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
