Product Manager – Internal Communication Platform

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of its internal communication platform. Based in Bucharest, the role will drive the integration of email, SMS, push notifications, inbox and on‑site messaging to provide a unified, reliable and scalable solution for internal business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for the communication platform.
• Integrate and optimise multiple channels – email gateways, SMS providers, push notification services, inbox and on‑site messaging.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and external vendors to ensure robust, compliant and secure integrations.
• Prioritise features that improve delivery rates, personalisation and user engagement across all channels.
• Monitor performance metrics such as delivery success, latency and engagement, and implement continuous improvements.
• Gather requirements from internal business units, align priorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clear documentation, workflows and specifications for cross‑team use.

Required profile

• At least five years of product management experience, preferably with communication or messaging platforms.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and leadership skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience improving KPIs like delivery success and engagement.
• Highly organised, proactive and accountable.
