Portfolio and Launch Specialist

About the role

The Portfolio and Launch Specialist will lead the local medical team, ensure alignment and execution of the local/regional medical strategy, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive impact for patients and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the project plan for all molecules identified for launch within business timelines.
• Coordinate portfolio review sessions and regularly inform the Country Manager of progress.
• Organise sessions with Commercial and Market Access departments to update launch information.
• Lead the molecule launch process, including market potential analysis, pricing, regulatory procedures, forecasting and launch dates.
• Produce analyses for sales forecast, demand, channels and market assumptions for new product pre‑launch.
• Review and report the status of launches on a monthly basis and across multi‑year strategic plans.
• Analyse the market to identify business opportunities and propose collaboration projects.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in business analysis, project or portfolio management, or commercial excellence.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects with cross‑functional teams and track implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial and financial data.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
