Patient Journey Partner – Ophthalmology

About the role

Roche is seeking a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) for the Ophthalmology disease area, acting as the local face of the company across several Romanian cities. The PJP will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the patient journey, translating their needs into co‑created solutions that enhance patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities to improve patient outcomes by working closely with ecosystem partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating patient and community needs internally and securing resources.
• Promote Roche’s products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring truthful and balanced communication with healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to remove barriers and deliver value for patients and the community.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific, economic or business field.
• 3–7 years of experience in the therapeutic area, preferably ophthalmology, with solid knowledge of medical affairs and clinical research.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and proficient in English.
• Valid Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel for business.
