Manufacturing Technician MFO

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician (MFO) at Bosch, you will be part of an Automotive Electronics Plant that produces high‑quality electronic control units for safety, comfort and e‑Bike powertrains. You will work on a production line, ensuring smooth operation, meeting output targets and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate assigned sections of the production line, performing routine maintenance and installation tasks.
• Escalate technical issues that cannot be resolved on‑site.
• Ensure equipment is used correctly and production targets are achieved.
• Prepare and execute changeovers, line stops and restarts according to standard procedures.
• Maintain machine and area cleanliness following 5S principles.
• Adjust process parameters within defined limits to sustain product quality.
• Participate in equipment installation, commissioning and process validation.
• Apply problem‑solving tools to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Support engineers by gathering required data for process validation.

Required profile

• Technical education or relevant hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work autonomously on the shop floor and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
