Lead Consultant – Oracle Inventory and Cost Management Cloud

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead Consultant to drive the implementation of Oracle Inventory and Cost Management Cloud solutions for clients in Bucharest. The role combines solution architecture, project leadership and deep functional expertise in Oracle’s Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Oracle Inventory and Cost Management Cloud and Supply Chain execution, guiding design and architecture reviews.
• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements together with customer process consultants and SMEs.
• Perform fit‑gap analysis, map requirements to optimal end‑to‑end solutions and recommend process‑improvement or automation opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and multiple project tracks to ensure timely delivery of the designed solution.
• Lead testing, deployment and functional validation of customisations in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud.
• Manage onsite‑offshore communication, conduct super‑user training and support data‑conversion activities (strategy, mapping and reconciliation).

Required profile

• Proven experience in at least two to three full‑cycle implementations of Oracle Inventory and Cost Management applications, preferably in Manufacturing Cloud and Supply Chain execution.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and enhancements.
• Strong experience in functional testing, data conversion and cross‑functional stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for onsite‑offshore collaboration and training delivery.
