Key Account Manager – Ultrasound (Cluj)

Key responsibilities

• Grow Philips Ultrasound business across public and private healthcare organizations.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within your territory.
• Drive sales performance, including order intake, pricing, revenue growth, and market share.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
• Build trusted, long‑term partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and Philips’ business goals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Manage quotations, tenders, contracts, and order intake activities.
• Represent Philips at customer events and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a matrix organization.
• Full, valid driving license and willingness to travel across the assigned region.
