Key Account Manager - Industrial Buildings

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive sales and service for the industrial steel construction and roof insulation segment in Romania, managing relationships with dealers, contractors, and industrial owners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers specialized in flat roofing insulation.
• Identify and develop new contacts, including insulation contractors, installation companies, investors, and owners of industrial plants.
• Provide technical support and training to dealers and their sales teams.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor payment behavior, and ensure timely collections.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM, conduct bidding through CPQ, and track project status.
• Gather market intelligence, prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets, and contribute to marketing plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials.
• At least 6 years of experience in construction installations or process industry.
• Strong B2B sales background with proven negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with sales‑specific CRM systems.
• Proficiency in CPQ tools for quoting and bidding.
