Junior Finance Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Finance Operations Analyst to join our Bucharest team. You will be responsible for generating, reconciling and analysing client invoices while providing accurate cost estimations for our flagship products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, verify and analyse invoices sent to clients.
• Collect and reconcile data from the EveryMatrix platform and various external sources.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in the systems.
• Support the translation of costs into our B2B invoicing model and contribute to the custom forecasting model.
• Analyse cost components, compare them with supplier data and address any mismatches.
• Communicate regularly with finance team members, account managers and developers.
• Answer queries, produce custom reports and create ad‑hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and propose process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar finance or data‑analysis role.
• Experience with reporting systems and data reconciliation (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and produce periodic reports.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
