International CVUS Clinical Education Manager

About the role

The International Clinical Education & Strategy CVUS manager defines and deploys the international clinical education and alignment strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role ensures strong clinical differentiation of the product portfolio through effective education programs, third-party partnerships and close alignment with Marketing on competitive positioning, so as to maximise sales effectiveness and win rate. It reports to the CVUS General Manager International.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the international clinical education strategy across regions, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with business priorities
• Develop, deploy and continuously optimise clinical education programs addressing customer needs, care pathways and evolving clinical practices
• Coordinate regional clinical leaders and monitor education outcomes to improve adoption, customer engagement and clinical confidence
• Establish and manage partnerships with third parties such as medical device companies, education providers and clinical institutions, co-developing joint educational initiatives and content
• Ensure partnerships comply with regulatory, ethical and company standards
• Act as clinical partner to the Marketing Director and teams, leading clinical input into competitive analysis and validating battle cards and competitive tools
• Support win rate by equipping sales teams with clinically relevant, differentiated and credible competitive messaging
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and R&D to integrate clinical insights into product positioning, roadmaps and launches, and report regularly to senior leadership

Required profile

• Senior profile with experience in the medical industry
• Experience in ultrasound and cardiology
• Valid motor vehicle licence
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
• Professional working-level English
• Proven direct customer relationship experience and ability to communicate across a distributed workforce
