International Affairs Research Analyst

About the role

ComplyAdvantage is seeking an International Affairs Research Analyst to strengthen its SaaS‑based anti‑money‑laundering platform. You will focus on sanctions and watchlists, ensuring our data coverage is accurate, comprehensive, and valuable for clients fighting financial crime.

Key responsibilities

• Execute research assignments on sanctions scopes and warning lists.
• Assess the accuracy and quality of existing AML data.
• Identify coverage improvement needs and support data enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Data teams to exceed client expectations on data coverage and quality.

Required profile

• Excellent research skills with a holistic approach to issues.
• Broad understanding of government structures worldwide.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a methodological research style.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to mentor colleagues.
• Proficient English language skills.
