HR Apprentice – 6‑month contract

About the role

Join Airbus Aerostructures as an HR Apprentice for a six‑month fixed term. You will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks while gaining hands‑on experience in human resources processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electronic archiving of transport and personnel documents.
• Enter personal and professional data into the existing HR database.
• Actively contribute to the improvement of departmental processes.
• Handle, store, and maintain documents in good condition.
• Provide support to WC colleagues within the HR department.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources or technical fields.
• University graduate (bachelor or master).
• Intermediate proficiency in English or German.
• Team‑player with strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
