About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB team at Marsh in Bucharest. This hybrid role supports account teams on complex initiatives and strengthens client relationships through high‑quality project delivery and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for large initiatives or complex accounts, implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
• Draft client‑facing documents such as white papers, quantitative financial analyses, and presentations.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify growth areas and trends.
• Perform data analyses to support proposal creation and account presentations.
• Address escalated issues, manage expectations, and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical and transactional support for high‑priority relationships.
• Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to build a professional network.

Required profile

• Experience supporting account teams, project delivery, client service, or related commercial operations in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Strong judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Prior experience in insurance, consulting, broking, or professional services is a plus.
