Group Business Analyst

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a Group Business Analyst to join its Bucharest team. You will bridge regulatory requirements and product development, ensuring our iGaming solutions stay compliant across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory gap analyses, documenting gaps, impacted flows, systems, and required changes.
• Collaborate with compliance, product and development teams to align product updates with regulatory expectations.
• Gather and document client‑specific feature requirements, creating use cases, user stories and process flows.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Prioritise requirements based on business value, feasibility and impact, and support the development team throughout the software lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar in IT/software delivery, preferably iGaming.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., MGA, UKGC) and its effect on development.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, Agile environment with multiple stakeholders.
