Game Release Specialist

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a Game Release Specialist to join its Bucharest team. You will act as the main liaison between the company’s gaming platform and its vendors, overseeing game onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage tasks for new game launches based on vendor roadmaps.
• Maintain the game calendar and update community assets.
• Assist with project management and ensure smooth release cycles.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors.
• Stay informed on market trends, product features, and vendor updates.
• Provide product managers with timely information on new vendor features and releases.
• Continuously update the CRM with key vendor data.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑support or vendor‑facing role.
• Familiarity with software implementation projects and the software development life‑cycle.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Genuine interest in online gaming and the iGaming industry.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
