FinOps Agent

About the role

As a FinOps Agent you will drive financial control and profitability across the LCL business, acting as the bridge between Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure financial results reflect business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cost accruals, billing accuracy and timeliness at area and country level.
• Minimise revenue leakage, optimise shipment margins and reduce unbilled or uncollected revenue.
• Provide financial oversight of the LCL P&L with accurate and timely reporting and governance standards.
• Support country leadership with budgeting, forecasting, business planning and profitability analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in accounting, financial operations or controlling, preferably in logistics or shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with numbers.
• Open, proactive communication and ability to work daily in an office environment.
