Enterprise AI Architect

About the role

The Enterprise AI Architect will work closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to translate complex business processes into executable AI instructions. You will design, implement, test, and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills that power AI‑driven workflows for a leading global HR consulting client.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, constraints and expected outcomes.
• Analyze documentation and reference materials to identify workflows suitable for Claude Code Skills.
• Design, develop, test and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills and supporting scripts.
• Evaluate skill behavior with realistic scenarios, test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews and unblock other engineers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Claude Code in real software‑development or business‑workflow scenarios.
• Proven ability to transform business requirements into clear technical designs and executable workflows.
• Experience evaluating and improving non‑deterministic AI solutions.
• Capability to define standards, shared components and platform‑level decisions for AI skill development.

Required skills

• Claude Code and Claude Code Skills development.
• AI engineering patterns such as agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design.
• LLM evaluation tooling (e.g., promptfoo, LangSmith) and custom harnesses.
• Software engineering best practices for production‑quality solutions.
