Enterprise AI Architect

About the role

Exadel is looking for an Enterprise AI Architect to design, implement and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills for a leading global HR consulting client. The role bridges business stakeholders and AI engineering, turning complex processes into executable AI agent workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts to gather objectives, constraints and expected outcomes.
• Analyze documentation and reference materials to identify workflows suitable for Claude Code Skills.
• Design, develop, test and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills and supporting scripts.
• Translate ambiguous business processes into structured instructions for AI agents.
• Evaluate skill behavior with realistic scenarios, test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews and unblock other engineers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Claude Code in real software‑development or business‑workflow projects.
• Proven ability to create reusable Claude Code Skills or comparable AI coding capabilities.
• Strong understanding of modern AI engineering patterns such as agentic workflows, tool use, prompt and context engineering.
• Solid software engineering background with experience delivering production‑quality solutions.
• Experience evaluating and improving non‑deterministic AI solutions.
