E-Commerce Support Specialist (Graduate)

About the role

ComplyAdvantage is looking for an E‑Commerce Support Specialist (Graduate) to join its E‑commerce team in Cluj‑Napoca on a six‑month contract. You will own the end‑to‑end account provisioning process, ensuring new customers receive immediate access to their environment and that access is promptly removed when accounts churn.

Key responsibilities

• Manually create and configure environments for trial members and paying customers, and deactivate them when they cancel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for provisioning‑related support, troubleshooting access issues and escalating bugs to engineering.
• Document tribal knowledge and build repeatable playbooks, using AI tools to draft customer communications.
• Identify potential competitors or partners requesting trial access and route or deny requests appropriately.

Required profile

• Technical support or operations experience with a focus on user lifecycle management.
• Comfort working across multiple SaaS applications and understanding tool integration.
• Strong written English for customer‑facing support and documentation.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented mindset that enjoys turning manual chaos into systems.

What we offer

• Base salary range of 30,000‑35,000 RON for the six‑month contract.
