Data & AI Advisory Senior Consultant

About the role

The opportunity translates client priorities into data and AI strategies, prioritized use‑case portfolios and responsible adoption roadmaps that create measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive and functional discovery sessions to identify decisions, processes and customer journeys that can be improved through data and AI.
• Assess data and AI maturity, readiness, constraints and dependencies across strategy, governance, technology, people and operations.
• Define and prioritize AI, analytics and data‑platform use cases using value, feasibility, risk and time‑to‑impact criteria.
• Shape solution concepts using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Purview, and validate architecture with cloud architects.
• Develop data and AI strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps, including Responsible AI and model‑governance approaches.

Required profile

• 7+ years in data, analytics, AI, digital transformation or technology consulting with client‑facing responsibility.
• Proven experience developing data or AI strategies, maturity assessments, operating models and use‑case portfolios.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, machine learning, generative AI, governance, privacy and Responsible AI.
• Excellent facilitation, structured problem‑solving, proposal writing and executive presentation skills.
