Customer Service Manager – Operational Department

About the role

Tradesilvania is looking for a proactive Customer Service Manager to join its Operational Department in Cluj Napoca. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients, helping them make the most of our digital financial services and ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and develop relationships with clients, providing consultancy on our products and services.
• Propose optimisation options for existing services to improve product usage.
• Promote the company’s image, services and products.
• Monitor the product portfolio for assigned client segments, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Contact clients regularly according to an established workflow for support, maintenance and relationship development.
• Provide commercial support through an online ticketing system.

Required profile

• Completed higher education, preferably in economics, banking or finance.
• At least 1 year of banking experience, ideally in sales of financial‑banking products or premium services.
• General knowledge and interest in the financial sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and client‑orientation.
• Advanced level of English; additional foreign language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
