Cost Tracking Specialist

About the role

The Cost Tracking Specialist will support Bosch Service Solutions in reducing total IT costs through cleansing, migration, and consolidation initiatives. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and identifying cost‑optimization opportunities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Roll‑out cleansing measures and support local Plant ICO in implementation.
• Work with Excel, Power BI and JIRA to monitor, analyse and visualise IT costs.
• Create reports and prepare data for plant, global business, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with ITSP orders for cleansing measures and manage roll‑out activities.
• Analyse data with business units, develop proposals, and coordinate implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the ICO organization and submit collective requests.
• Follow internal procedures and support any additional tasks as required by the manager.

Required profile

• University or high‑school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in an international team.
• Very good written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with self‑driven work approach.
• Several years of relevant experience is advantageous.
