Commercial Team Manager with English

About the role

Veo Worldwide Services is seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Manager to lead a small acquisition team in Iasi. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, shaping strategy, and working closely with cross‑functional partners in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4–5 buyers, ensuring daily acquisition operations run smoothly.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to maximise their potential.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data and report results to senior management.
• Shape commercial strategy, propose action plans and monitor progress against targets.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing and other commercial teams to deliver results.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• People‑oriented with a passion for coaching and empowering teams.
• Results‑focused and motivated by measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on approach, working side‑by‑side with the team daily.
• Fluent English (B2+), comfortable in a multicultural setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
