Commercial Assistant – Post‑order Process Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Assistant to streamline our post‑order processes. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to reduce administrative load, shorten the time between order placement and receipt, and resolve any disputes efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and all parties involved in the post‑order cycle.
• Oversee accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices.
• Check and validate documentation during the pre‑order phase.
• Monitor delivery status of ordered goods and ensure timely receipt.
• Analyze transportation or delivery disputes and propose effective resolutions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities with a focus on accuracy.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English (B1+) and/or French, German, Spanish or Italian (B1+).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
