Clinical Supply Chain Manager – Remote

About the role

Lead the operational and financial management of clinical trial supplies across the full project life‑cycle, working remotely with customers, vendors and investigative sites in multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial supplies for assigned studies, ensuring compliance with GMP, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee operational delivery and financial performance of the Clinical Supplies team.
• Identify, contract and manage approved vendors, monitoring deliverables and contract financials.
• Develop and maintain drug and supply distribution plans, inventory and resupply strategies for subject kits and study medication.
• Maintain project information in databases, ensure trial master file readiness and develop risk‑mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company managing clinical trial supplies.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
