About the role

The Business Value & Industry Senior Consultant will help anchor Microsoft‑enabled transformations in sector priorities, delivering quantified business outcomes and credible value‑realization plans. This senior advisory position works closely with C‑suite executives to shape strategy, build business cases and guide execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead value‑discovery sessions with business leaders, linking growth, efficiency and risk objectives to cloud, data and AI opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive investment cases, ROI/TCO models, KPIs and governance frameworks to support portfolio prioritisation and benefits realisation.
• Craft executive narratives, proposals and commercial responses, collaborating with industry, functional and technology teams to design integrated transformation approaches.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, corporate finance or performance improvement.
• Proven expertise in business case development, financial modelling, benefits realisation and executive communication.
• Deep industry knowledge in at least one priority sector and ability to understand technology‑enabled transformation.
• Strong story‑lining, workshop facilitation and C‑suite stakeholder engagement skills.
• Preferred: MBA, finance qualification or relevant postgraduate degree; experience in technology strategy, digital transformation or cloud economics.
