Business Operations Team Lead

About the role

Veo Worldwide Services is looking for a Business Operations Team Lead to manage and develop an operational team and drive the operational and financial performance of an assigned business perimeter. The role ensures service excellence, process compliance, team development and continuous improvement while supporting company objectives. It is based on site in Brasov, Romania.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business strategies aligned with company goals and operational targets.
• Manage daily operations and ensure efficient workflows within the business unit.
• Drive Order Control performance and secure end-to-end ordering processes.
• Monitor key business indicators, implement improvement actions and ensure service quality.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through performance reviews and development plans.
• Promote digital transformation and the use of AI solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, purchasing, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as interface with clients and business partners to resolve operational challenges.
• Participate in budget preparation and financial performance monitoring.
