Audio-Visual Manager (Iasi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Manager to lead the technical operations of our B2B solution provider’s office in Iasi, Romania. You will ensure seamless production, broadcasting, and interactive media services while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and maintain audio‑visual equipment and technical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair production, broadcast and interactive media hardware to minimise downtime.
• Set up, monitor and manage AV and communication links across locations.
• Operate and oversee live or remote productions, including transmission systems.
• Design and install custom circuits, hardware and integrated AV solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of technical infrastructure and workflow optimisation.
• Promote health and safety best practices in the workplace.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Solid understanding of imaging, photography and video production principles.
• Hands‑on experience in electronic engineering, broadcast or communication technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Camera operation and video switcher handling.
• Live production workflow management.
• Chroma keying, signal routing and SDI infrastructure.
• Imaging, photography and video production fundamentals (aperture, exposure, ISO, lens operations).
• Electronic engineering concepts applied to broadcast systems.
• IT literacy for AV system integration.
