Associate - F&A - I2C 5A

About the role

Genpact is looking for an Associate - F&A (Finance and Accounts) for its I2C 5A unit in Romania. The role is hybrid, follows a standard work shift and focuses on monitoring customer accounts, collecting payments and keeping accurate account records.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Process and apply incoming customer payments accurately
• Resolve payment discrepancies, deductions and unapplied cash
• Maintain accurate customer account and transaction records
• Support account reconciliations and reporting activities
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and SLAs
• Assist with month-end activities and process improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance
• Advanced Italian (C1)
• Certifications such as Accounts Payable, F-Tec, CAMS, CFE, FMVA or Microsoft Power BI are listed as qualifications
