Accounts Payable (English, Italian, Spanish, French)

About the role

WNS Romania, a leading provider of end-to-end business process management solutions in Europe, is hiring an Accounts Payable specialist in Bucharest. The role covers PO invoice processing, travel and expenses handling and supplier liaison, within a multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process PO invoices and code non-PO invoices using the ERP accounting system
• Handle travel and expenses activities
• Monitor and clear on-hold invoices in a timely manner
• Act as supplier liaison by telephone and email
• Keep department procedures up to date with process changes
• Prepare other PTP-related reports

Required profile

• 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
• Fluency in English
• Experience with Oracle or SAP Accounts Payable systems preferred

• Good all-round Excel skills
