Account Manager B2B OFF

About the role

The Account Manager B2B OFF will develop and maintain strong relationships with end‑users and dealers across Romania and Moldova, driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage B2B accounts of all sizes, representing Michelin externally and coordinating internally with stakeholders.
• Generate new leads through market research, cold calling and converting opportunities into sales.
• Conduct regular visits to agro farms, quarries, logistics centres and other customers, presenting products and preparing proposals.
• Check tires on machines and vehicles, produce reports, handle claims and support dealer visits.
• Propose and support marketing campaigns, and maintain day‑to‑day client communication.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture, machinery, automotive, spare parts or construction.
• University degree and a valid driving licence with active driving experience.
• Fluent English and native‑level Romanian.
• Willingness to travel throughout Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and deadline‑management abilities.
