Working Student – Transport Planning

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Transport Planning team at Bosch’s Cluj plant. You will gain hands‑on experience in logistics reporting, KPI calculation and cost analysis while collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Create reports and charts using Excel and PowerPoint, and manage logistic claim processes with customers.
• Calculate transport KPIs, enter data, and analyse deviations and tasks.
• Perform operations analysis covering profitability, competitive performance, cost variations versus standards and forecasts.
• Support end‑of‑month closing activities for the control department.
• Participate in daily meetings, prepare presentations and lead Teams calls with Bosch colleagues.
• Coordinate small improvement projects as needed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master program in Purchasing, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to meet strict deadlines and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP.
