Working Student – Transport & Cleaning Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join the Facility Management – Administrative Services team at Bosch’s Cluj plant. The role supports cleaning and employee bus transportation services, providing practical experience in logistics and facility operations while studying.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Facility Specialists in coordinating daily cleaning activities and employee bus transport.
• Participate in internal audits to ensure quality standards for cleaning and transport services.
• Process tickets and service requests from other departments and ensure timely resolution.
• Track service performance, analyse data and help adjust service levels to meet plant needs.
• Support documentation and reporting related to transport and cleaning operations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master program, available throughout the year.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
