Working Student – Physical Logistics

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Blaj as a Working Student in Physical Logistics. You will support daily logistics operations, data management and material tracking while gaining hands‑on experience with SAP and other IT tools.

Key responsibilities

• Generate daily logistics reports using SAP and Business Warehouse.
• Maintain packaging material views in SAP.
• Assist in creating new part numbers in the global database.
• Process delivery confirmations for packaging supplies from vendors.
• Track stock levels for packaging, MAZE, tools and consumables on the shop floor.
• Order consumable materials via the my I‑Buy Pro system.
• Utilise various IT database applications for routine logistics tasks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with HTML, Microsoft SQL or FOX Pro is a plus.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as C++ or Java is advantageous.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
