Working Student – Packaging Design Engineer

About the role

Join Bosch's Packaging Design Engineer Team as a Working Student, supporting the creation and optimisation of packaging solutions for raw materials and finished goods. This position offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing packaging material and concepts for the supply chain.
• Prepare product designs (e.g., min‑max models) and extract 3D models from databases.
• Compare existing packaging solutions with new products and support designers.
• Contribute to optimisation projects aimed at cost saving, ergonomics and product density.
• Analyse internal processes to reduce packaging types and promote standardisation.
• Review and correct technical drawings from other locations before release.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master’s student.
• Good command of English.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and CAD tools.
• Data‑analysis knowledge is a plus.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and organized.
